IDC have been appointed, via an open OJEU competitive tender, to design a £2.8 million new build 1 FE Primary School and Nursery on the site of an existing primary school.

The school has been designed to meet the current Building Regulations and BREEAM requirements and to allow the existing primary School to be maintained in occupation during its construction. The scheme features sedum green roofs and other sustainable and green technologies
