- Segregation of contractor from staff and residents.
- Zoning of services to maintain continuity of kitchen services, lighting, heating, lifts, fire and intruder alarms, CCTV etc.
- Safe means of escape during construction.
- Consideration for deliveries and refuse collection.
- Staff and visitor parking.
- Contractors site requirements (compound, deliveries, storage, huts, welfare facilities etc)
Design and Costing Services
Our proven design and technical skills are important at all stages of a care sector project. You may wish to engage us to:
- Assist in the preparation of the client brief.
- Prepare feasibility studies for your proposed project.
- Provide costings and cashflow projections for the capital costs of the scheme (to assist with your business planning).
- Prepare and Submit Planning Application(s) on your behalf.
- Prepare tender documents and obtain tenders for you.
- Administer the building contract for you.
New Build Care Homes
Our Architectural Team can provide full design services for new build care homes, whether residential, nursing or dual registered.
Planned Maintenance Services
This optional service is offered to our care sector clients, where they wish to undertake large scale planned maintenance works. This can include: roof replacement, door and/or window replacement, large scale refurbishment works (including upgrading services).
