Design Development, Technical & Coordination Checks
Our proven technical skills are important at all stages of the D & B process. You may like to ask us to:
- Develop the design from the tender information
- Check tender drawings against plans submitted for planning approval
- coordinate drawings from different design disciplines
- assist your bid team/planners with logistical and H & S Planning
- provide specification guidance to your estimators
Working Drawing Packages
At this important stage we can provide either Design Team Leader/Architectural services or just the architectural role. We are used to working in a multi-discipline team, coordinating other designers and specialists to meet our D & B clients demanding needs.
Recognising the necessary two-stage approach of D & B (pricing and production information) we work closely with constructors and their supply chain partners to ensure overall deadlines are met. We are keen to safeguard the interests of our construction partners in this process, as we thrive on repeat work.
Site Inspection Services
This optional service is offered where constructors wish to use our skills to provide a measure of quality control, during the construction stages. Our coordination skills, knowledge of building regulations and technical matters are particularly helpful to construction managers and site agents when dealing with changes and buildability issues.
